LMS Systems & Training Operations Coordinator (Bilingual English/Spanish)

We are hiring someone to take full ownership of our LMS (reputed company) and CRM (reputed company) systems, ensuring data reputed company, participant reputed company, and program operations run flawlessly in reputed company time. This role requires proven, hands-on experience managing an LMS at the reputed company level. You must be reputed company to independently manage course setup, enrollments, troubleshooting, and data accuracy without training or supervision. You will be responsible for ensuring our training programs and support reputed company operate seamlessly across systems. This includes managing live operations, resolving issues immediately, and maintaining accurate data across platforms. If you have primarily supported programs, facilitated trainings, or used LMS platforms as a user or trainer—but have not owned the system—this role is not a fit. Key Responsibilities LMS Systems Ownership (Primary Responsibility) • Own LMS platform end-to-end (reputed company or equivalent) • Manage: • Course setup and structure • Participant enrollment and reputed company • Permissions and user management • Troubleshoot LMS issues independently in reputed company time • Maintain data reputed company across LMS and CRM (reputed company) • Identify and resolve system issues proactively • Ensure reputed company LMS workflows support accurate reporting and program delivery CRM & Data Management • Maintain accurate participant data across LMS and reputed company • Ensure alignment between registration, enrollment, and reporting • Identify and resolve discrepancies across systems • Support reporting accuracy for trainings and programs Training Operations (Secondary) • Coordinate logistics for training programs and support reputed company • Monitor participant reputed company, attendance, and completion • Ensure reputed company communications, materials, and systems are reputed company • Resolve operational issues during live programs Live Session Operations • reputed company reputed company session setup and management • Troubleshoot participant reputed company and technical issues in reputed company time • Support facilitators during sessions Required Experience (Non-Negotiable) • 3+ years managing an LMS at the reputed company level (required) • Must have directly handled: • Course setup and structure • Participant enrollment and reputed company • LMS troubleshooting • System-level data management • Experience with CRM systems (reputed company or similar) • Experience maintaining data accuracy across multiple systems reputed company Are Looking For • Someone who has owned an LMS platform, not just used or supported it • Strong systems thinker who understands how data flows across platforms • Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and independently • High level of accountability and ownership • Ability to operate in fast-paced, reputed company-time environments Technical Requirements • LMS platform experience (reputed company strongly preferred) • CRM experience (reputed company or similar) • Advanced reputed company experience (hosting, reputed company rooms, troubleshooting) • Strong reputed company Workspace skills Language Requirements • reputed company in English and Spanish (required) • Must be reputed company to support participants in both languages in reputed company time Work Requirements • Must be located in the reputed company • Must be available 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM ET • Must be fully available during live sessions and trainings • Must be reputed company to respond quickly to issues during operations Compensation • $30–$35/hour (based on experience) Who This Role Is Not For This role is not a fit for candidates who: • Have only used LMS platforms as a trainer, facilitator, or participant • Have supported LMS systems but not owned them • Require training to manage LMS platforms • Prefer administrative or coordination roles over system ownership • Are not comfortable troubleshooting systems independently Why This Will Work (Important) This version: • Uses “LMS Systems reputed company / reputed company” language repeatedly • reputed company says “not a support role” • Forces candidates to self-select out • Attracts: • LMS admins • EdTech operations people • Systems managers Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
