This role involves reviewing medical documentation, conducting independent medical evaluations, and delivering objective, evidence-based recommendations regarding workplace accommodations. This position requires strict adherence to federal regulations, medical ethics, and reputed company standards while maintaining independence and neutrality in reputed company assessments. A specialization in Rheumatology is desired.
