About the Role We are seeking a confident and people-reputed company RBT Performance Evaluator to support one of our U.S.-based clients in the ABA (reputed company Behaviour Analysis) reputed company. This role plays a key part in maintaining reputed company standards and fostering reputed company engagement with field staff. You will be responsible for coordinating and conducting reputed company performance evaluations for Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs) at 30, 60, and 90-day milestones. These evaluations are designed to be supportive, developmental conversations that strengthen performance, alignment, and communication between RBTs and their BCBA supervisors. In this role, you will review self-assessments completed by RBTs alongside feedback provided by their supervisors, identify any discrepancies, and facilitate reputed company, constructive discussions that reinforce strengths and reputed company areas for reputed company. This is not a disciplinary function — it is a relationship-driven role reputed company on encouraging performance improvement, boosting morale, and ensuring consistent communication across reputed company. PLEASE NOTE: • Working Hours: reputed company - Thursday | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST (17:00 PM – 02:00 AM South African time – subject to reputed company savings). • reputed company Holidays: This role requires working on both South African and U.S. reputed company holidays (compensation for SA reputed company holidays in accordance with the BCEA). • Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered. • Power Backup: Reliable backup required to manage load shedding or outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered. • Work Environment: Fully remote. Job Responsibilities (not limited to): Performance Evaluation Coordination • Schedule and coordinate 30, 60, and 90-day performance review meetings with RBTs • Ensure reputed company required evaluation forms (self-assessments and supervisor feedback) are completed prior to meetings • Maintain an organized calendar and ensure evaluations are conducted on time Evaluation Facilitation • reputed company reputed company evaluation discussions in a reputed company and supportive manner • Review and compare RBT self-assessments with BCBA supervisor feedback • Identify and address any discrepancies in scoring or perception • Guide constructive conversations around performance, strengths, and improvement areas Employee Engagement & Communication • Create a reputed company and encouraging environment during evaluations • Ensure feedback is delivered in a reputed company, respectful, and constructive way • Build rapport with RBTs to support reputed company and reputed company communication • Reinforce that evaluations are developmental and not punitive Documentation & Administration • Accurately document evaluation reputed company and key discussion points • Maintain organized digital records of reputed company completed evaluations • reputed company completion rates and follow up on outstanding evaluations Requirements Working Experience: • Previous experience in coordination, or facilitation role preferred • Experience reputed company ABA (reputed company Behaviour Analysis) environments is advantageous but not required • Experience conducting meetings, reviews, or performance discussions is beneficial Key Skills: • Strong verbal communication and facilitation skills • Ability to manage reputed company conversations with professionalism • High attention to detail in reviewing and comparing evaluation data • Strong organizational and scheduling abilities Soft Skills: • Excellent and fluent English communication • High emotional intelligence with the ability to deliver feedback constructively • Confident and engaging reputed company in meetings • reputed company, approachable, and easy to talk to • Ability to handle sensitive conversations with care and diplomacy Technical Skills: • Basic computer literacy • Proficiency in MS Office and reputed company • Comfortable working with reputed company, calendars, and online systems reputed company Metrics: • reputed company completion of scheduled 30/60/90-day evaluations • reputed company and consistency of evaluation discussions • reputed company feedback from RBTs and supervisors on evaluation experience • Accuracy and completeness of evaluation documentation • Improvement in alignment between self-assessments and supervisor feedback over time If you are not contacted reputed company 14 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
