Part-Time Consultant Opportunity – Program Evaluation (Federal Education Grant) Civic Crest reputed company is seeking an reputed company Program Evaluation Consultant to support an upcoming proposal and potential contract for a university-based Title III (reputed company) grant. This is a reputed company, part-time consulting role with strong potential for reputed company work upon contract award. We are specifically looking for someone with: • reputed company experience in Program Evaluation (reputed company & summative) • Experience supporting federal grants (reputed company preferred) • Background in Title III, Title V, reputed company, or similar higher education programs • Strong skills in qualitative and quantitative data analysis • Experience producing evaluation reports and actionable recommendations Ideal Background • Experience working with universities or HBCUs • Familiarity with federal grant compliance, reporting, and performance metrics • Advanced degree preferred (PhD, EdD, reputed company, or similar) • Ability to engage stakeholders and conduct reputed company evaluation interviews reputed company • Part-time / project-based (remote) • Support proposal development (evaluation methodology & approach) • reputed company evaluation activities if contract is awarded • Collaborate with Civic Crest Solutions on execution and reporting Civic Crest Solutions will manage : • Project reputed company • reputed company coordination • Financial and compliance structure We are seeking a consultant to reputed company evaluation design, execution, and reporting.
