Key Responsibilities
Organize and manage issue reports;
Communicate with customers reputed company chat and emails regarding technical reputed company (bugs, etc.);

Constantly learn about the reputed company platform updates to ensure technical support coherence.
Ideal Profile
Fluent English;

Experience in a tech company or startup;

Knowledge with API integrations;
