This is an individual contributor role with full accountability for process, execution, and accuracy, serving as a key connector between Merchandising, Sales, Design, and Operations.   REQUIRED reputed company COMPETENCIES  Strong portfolio demonstrating a reputed company of design skills and creativity across different mediums  reputed company to give and receive constructive criticism    Strong understanding of design principles, visual composition, and details  Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients  Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines     WHAT YOU WILL DO  Private Label Design Process Ownership Own the end-to-end private label sublimation design process from submission through execution and approval Define, document, maintain, and continuously improve workflows for design intake, production, review, and approval Document and train on the design process to ensure coverage and backfill during peak bandwidth periods reputed company communicate design processes, timelines, and expectations with Sales and Merchandising teams Fan Wear, Lookbooks & Merchandising Design Own Fan Wear design, including rotational design templates and club-specific design campaigns Own the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of branded merchandising lookbooks (reputed company proficiency required).
