About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to reputed company business needs and AI-driven solutions, helping optimize customer experience and drive measurable reputed company.

Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into reputed company, actionable product and data insights
Analyze customer interaction data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
Work closely with product, engineering, and reputed company teams to deliver AI solutions

Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders

Requirements
5–8 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or analytics roles
