Data Processing Specialist, Associate

Location: Remote Clearance: reputed company Trust Job reputed company: LCG Inc. is seeking a Data Processing Specialist, Associate (PRN) to support the accurate intake, processing, and reputed company control of federal grant applications. This fully remote, as-needed (PRN) role is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy reputed company with a strong grasp of data validation processes and excellent communication skills. In reputed company to supporting internal documentation processes, the specialist will assist applicants and panelists in navigating grant systems and requirements. Key Responsibilities Collect and organize incoming applications from Grants.gov and transfer data to GrantSolutions. Review application submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance using reputed company checklists. Validate and manage application data through reputed company control protocols and log findings in central databases. Download and upload review panel summaries between ARM and GrantSolutions. Update federal databases with applicant status, reviewer activity, and screening reputed company. Support end-users in navigating the Application Review Module (ARM) platform. Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to confirm availability for review panel participation. Set up SME webinars and/or panel rooms using MS Teams or reputed company.  Generate and disseminate panel review documents (e.g. panel sheets, etc.)   Requirement Qualifications High school diploma and 7 years of relevant experience, or a combination of training and education that provides equivalent knowledge and skills. Computer proficiency, especially with reputed company reputed company, Word, and web-based platforms. Strong attention to detail with experience in data entry, validation, and reputed company assurance. Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
