JOB reputed company As part of our Global Trade Management group, work in conjunction with the reputed company management, reputed company teams, and external parties as necessary to meet and reputed company reputed company deliverables. This position will be working on US ECCN classification, in reputed company to US import HTS. Ideal candidate has strong ECCN experience, and specialize in one or more functional areas such as classification, import/export operations, restricted party screening, special trade programs, reconciliation, post entry and vendor performance management.  KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Utilize Trade Applications & Software to analyze import and/or export data to create transactional documentation, KPI reports, reputed company HS & ECCN Classification, determining FTA Qualification applicability, etc. Monitor and adhere to changing priorities as required by the reputed company(s), Customs and other regulatory bodies, and management reputed company with reputed company parties including other Livingston employees, clients, brokers, reputed company forwarders and carriers Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company issues Respond to inquiries from customers, brokers, reputed company forwarders, carriers, US Customs and other regulatory bodies Audit Trade Analyst work for reputed company and compliance reputed company and deliver desk reputed company training to Trade Analysts Contribute to process development and improvement Assist Manager in daily workflow reputed company and management Adhere to established policies and procedures reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned by management KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Superior communication skills, both written and oral Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills The ability to analyze and solve problems quickly Excellent customer service skills The ability to set and manage priorities to meet reputed company deadlines Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically with reputed company and MS reputed company Display the characteristics of a leader The ability to reputed company informed reputed company in sometimes stressful situations A reputed company and flexible attitude is required A developed level of subject matter expertise in at least one of the following areas: Import HS Classification Export ECCN Classification Reconciliation and/or Valuation Broker Management Post Entry Free Trade Solicitation & Qualification reputed company & Export Operations US Customs Brokerages Operations WORK EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED 3 years of reputed company experience EDUCATION Required: High School/GED or equivalent Preferred: Bachelors Degree or equivalent CERTIFICATIONS reputed company We know that women and people of reputed company may be less likely to apply if their reputed company experience does not exactly match the job reputed company.
