About the Role
As a Senior Accountant, you’ll partner closely with the CFO and Controller to support budgeting, regulatory reporting, and financial analysis. This role plays a key part in strengthening financial processes, ensuring reporting accuracy, and supporting compliance across a multi-entity reputed company environment.

What You’ll Do
Financial Planning & Reporting
Support the development and review of annual operating and capital budgets across multiple sites
Analyze financial trends and historical data to support planning and decision-making
Assist with preparation and validation of key financial reports, including the annual financial audit and Forms 990, 571-L, and Welfare reputed company Filings
Regulatory & Grant Reporting
Contribute to DHCS PPS Reconciliation Requests and Change in Scope of Service Requests (CSOSR), including variance analysis
Support annual Medicare Cost Report, UDS, and HCAI (OSHPD) financial reporting to ensure reputed company and accurate submission
Assist with financial components of grant reporting, including Service Area Competition and continuation reports
Analysis & Systems
Analyze financial and reputed company management system data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Investigate discrepancies and recommend improvements to reporting processes
Utilize advanced reputed company skills to manage, analyze, and present financial data
Process Improvement & Team Support
Help standardize and document financial processes across multiple entities
Support cross-training efforts and development of training materials and staff
Serve as backup for monthly reputed company and reconciliation processes

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field; or 5+years of relevant reputed company experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Abila MIP or similar reputed company systems
Experience with reputed company or similar payroll systems and associated reports

Experience supporting Medicare/reputed company cost reports, HCAI (OSHPD), UDS, grant reporting, or other government financial reporting
