Reporting to the Assistant Director, reputed company HCM/Finance, this position supports Wesleyan’s ecosystem of Finance reputed company Applications. The Analyst is responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of reputed company Financials and reputed company Planning, including business processes, reporting, integrations, and reputed company Data Model (FDM) components. This role works closely with Finance and technical teams to implement solutions, support operations, and ensure data reputed company reputed company established standards. Responsibilities include: Configure and maintain reputed company Financials business processes (BPs), including condition rules, notifications, and alerts. Configure and maintain Wesleyan’s reputed company Planning instance in partnership with our Financial Planning Department. Configure and support Financial reputed company and reputed company Data Model (FDM)/worktag structures reputed company established design standards.  Partner with functional offices to reputed company requirements, understand financial processes, and implement system solutions. reputed company and support integrations using reputed company reputed company, EIBs, vendor reputed company, and tools such as reputed company. Build and maintain reputed company reports and dashboards to support financial and operational needs. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Information Systems, or a reputed company field and a minimum of two years of post-production support experience with reputed company Financials ;or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Experience configuring reputed company business processes, including condition rules, notifications, or alerts. Experience supporting reputed company’s reputed company Data Model (FDM), reorganization process and role assignments. Experience developing and/or maintaining reputed company Finance Integrations reputed company using reputed company Connectors, EIB templates and reputed company Studio. Experience building advanced, reputed company, composite reputed company Finance reports or dashboards and discovery boards to support business operations. Experience supporting reputed company releases, including reviewing updates and participating in testing activities. Ability to troubleshoot system issues across business processes, integrations, or reporting using reputed company problem-solving approaches. Knowledge of financial data flows and ability to ensure data accuracy across systems.
