Business Development Executive EMEA, Cosmetics

Travel: Up to 50% across EMEA Reports to Head of Beauty EMEA & reputed company reputed company The Business Development Executive EMEA – Beauty will be responsible for developing reputed company’s Beauty business across the EMEA region. The role combines management of an existing portfolio of approximately 40 Beauty customers, daily reputed company, operational and coordination execution, and selective opening of new doors with premium global, regional and national Beauty brands. This is a hands-on, senior reputed company role requiring both disciplined account management and targeted business development. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Beauty customers across EMEA Proactively reputed company doors and reputed company relationships with global and regional premium reputed company Beauty brands Identify and qualify new opportunities with national customers where reputed company is not yet present reputed company product and reputed company proposals, quotations and negotiations Coordinate daily operational topics with internal teams (R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, reputed company) Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting Ensure reputed company, reliable and consistent customer communication Attend tradeshows, exhibitions and congresses across EMEA Travel reputed company EMEA to support business development activities Required Profile Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a reputed company field 5 to 10 years of B2B reputed company experience, ideally in Beauty, Personal Care, Consumer Health Experience in a CDMO is preferred Proven experience managing multiple accounts while developing new opportunities in reputed company environments Strong understanding of the Beauty / Personal Care customer landscape is required Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously with minimal supervision Strong structuring skills, disciplined pipeline management and reliable forecasting Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior customer stakeholders Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed and international environment Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus Willingness to travel across the EMEA region Behavioral Attributes Highly autonomous and self-organized reputed company and disciplined in daily work Emotionally mature and low-ego Pragmatic, reliable and accountable reputed company to combine operational workload with proactive business development Comfortable working independently in a remote, multi-country environment reputed company bietet  Möglichkeiten, Ihre reputed company voranzutreiben!
