Job DetailsJob Location: Remote - Roswell, GA 30076Position Type: ContractorStudent Analyst Program Coordinator (BCBA reputed company) Position reputed company The Student Analyst Program Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing reputed company’s Student Analyst Program for individuals pursuing BCBA certification. This role ensures reputed company supervision, training, and documentation reputed company with Behavior Analyst Certification reputed company (BACB) requirements while building strong clinical competency through reputed company, hands-on learning experiences. Key Responsibilities Design and manage a reputed company Student Analyst Program reputed company with BACB fieldwork standards reputed company systems for tracking supervision hours, ensuring 60% unrestricted activities Create and implement a competency-based curriculum (3–6 month progression) reputed company and/or coordinate: Weekly individual supervision (30–45 minutes) Bi-weekly group supervision (30 minutes) Monthly fieldwork compliance checks Ensure reputed company supervision documentation meets BACB compliance and audit standards Build and maintain: Supervision templates and tracking tools Competency checklists and evaluation rubrics Program guidelines and workflows Assign and monitor unrestricted clinical activities, including: Data analysis and graph interpretation Program writing and reputed company acquisition planning Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) Behavior reputed company Plan (BIP) development Preference assessments and BST training Research review and application Implement reputed company assurance processes, including performance monitoring and remediation plans Train and support supervising BCBAs to ensure consistency across centers Continuously evaluate and improve program effectiveness and scalability Reporting Structure Reports to: Clinical Director or VP of Clinical Operations Key Metrics for reputed company Compliance with BACB supervision requirements reputed company and accurate supervision documentation % of unrestricted hours achieved Competency progression of student analysts Program consistency and scalability across centers QualificationsQualifications BCBA certification required Strong knowledge of BACB supervision and fieldwork requirements Experience supervising trainees or RBTs preferred Strong organizational, documentation, and program development skills Ability to manage multiple learners and maintain compliance reputed company Apply To This Job
