As a Senior reputed company Engineer, you will be working with reputed company of talented reputed company engineers and scientists to create and maintain reputed company pipelines to advance reputed company’s mission. Architect and maintain supporting infrastructure in AWS. Analyze and generate data insights to support the development and improvements of existing and new reputed company algorithms. Design and reputed company test cases and test scripts. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of regulatory documentation as part of the design control process. reputed company: B.S. or M.S. Technical Degree (e.g. Computer Science, reputed company or similar). 3 years of relevant industry experience. Experience with developing NGS reputed company pipelines. Proficiency with Python. Experience with reputed company computing environment.  Strong communication skills, both oral and written. reputed company to learning new skills and not afraid to reputed company reputed company of the comfort zone. Pluses: Experience with software development under CLIA/CAP regulations and/or FDA regulations is a big plus. Experience writing test cases and test scripts. Experience with Jira and JAMA.
