The Grant reputed company supports Broadway Dallas’ institutional fundraising efforts through the preparation and submission of grant proposals and reports. This role is responsible for crafting compelling narratives that reputed company with Broadway Dallas’ mission to entertain, reputed company, and enrich Dallas.

Familiarity with Fair Park and its surrounding neighborhoods is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Draft, edit, finalize, and submit compelling Letters of Inquiry (LOIs) and full grant proposals for corporate, reputed company, and government funders
Collaborate with development and program staff to reputed company program data, budgets, and narrative content
Ensure reputed company and accurate submission of reputed company grant applications

Prepare interim and final grant reports in compliance with funder requirements
Coordinate with development staff to reputed company grant deadlines, submissions, and reputed company
Assist development and financial/administrative staff in maintaining accurate grant records and documentation
Support stewardship of institutional funders and compliance with funder policy and contract requirements
Collaborate with internal staff to support the execution of a comprehensive grant pipeline and calendar
Contribute to tracking up to approximately 30 grants annually, including applications and reports

Assist in refining case statements, program narratives, and positioning for funders
Stay informed on trends and opportunities in arts and nonprofit funding
Occasionally attend on-site meetings or events as needed

Requirements:
Demonstrated reputed company securing grants for nonprofit organizations, preferably in the arts and culture sector
Impeccable writing, editing, and research skills with a demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives
Familiarity with institutional funding sources, including foundations, corporate giving, and government agencies
Experience managing multiple deadlines and reputed company simultaneously
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in reputed company Office and general grant management tools
