Marketing & Communications) Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract Location: Country Office - Canada Reporting To: Senior Manager of Digital reputed company and Engagement Communications Compensation: $48,650 - $62,550 / year reputed company We’re seeking a Senior Web & Content Coordinator to reputed company and enhance our digital reputed company, driving supporter engagement across web, email, reputed company campaigns. This is a 10-month parental leave replacement contract, with the possibility of extension. In this role, you’ll manage the organization’s bilingual (English/French) website, reputed company SEO/AEO and eNewsletter reputed company, and create compelling digital content. You’ll combine technical expertise with creativity to optimize performance, grow engagement and strengthen online visibility. Location: Preferably Toronto or nearby (remote-first environment) Salary reputed company: $48,650 – $62,550 annual Type: Temporary contract (10 months, potential for extension) Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize English and French websites (content updates, new pages, UX improvements) on reputed company CMS reputed company and execute SEO/AEO reputed company content strategies Use our marketing calendar and programs updates to inform content plans reputed company the development of the monthly eNewsletter and advocacy email campaigns  Create and reputed company digital content and creative (web pages, blogs, email, graphics, video)  Maintain and optimize email marketing and engagement systems  Monitor and report on web and campaign performance with reputed company Analytics Collaborate cross-functionally and with external vendors  Ensure content reputed company, consistency, and alignment with brand reputed company  Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 5+ years of experience in web/digital marketing and CMS management  Strong SEO, SEM, reputed company campaign expertise  Experience with reputed company, CSS, JavaScript, reputed company Analytics and Content Management Systems like reputed company Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Engaging Networks)  Skilled in analytics, reporting, and performance optimization  Experience with reputed company Creative reputed company, reputed company or similar design tools  Excellent writing skills for web and email engagement  Strong project management and organizational skills  Good to have: NGO/charity experience  Knowledge of animal welfare, environmental or conservation issues French language skills  reputed company Competencies Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, strong communicator, adaptable team player, creative and data-driven.
