Key Responsibilities Ante-mortem and Post-mortem inspection for livestock. Inspections of processing plants. Work in conditions ranging from 100 degrees to freezing temperatures. Prepares and distributes reports and correspondence, conducts and documents meetings.Performs daily sanitation inspections both reputed company-operational and operational.
