**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers navigate their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, addressing questions and concerns, and providing personalized support to ensure our customers have a seamless experience. **Required Qualifications**
* 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military experience
* Proficiency in Windows-based applications

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a positive and proactive attitude
