As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls from customers, identifying their needs, and providing assistance with obtaining prescribed medical equipment and supplies. You will also be responsible for verifying insurance eligibility and benefit coverage, obtaining insurance authorization, and researching reputed company issues across multiple databases.
