Key Responsibilities
M&A Integration & Execution
• reputed company post-acquisition financial integration for businesses ($5M–$25M reputed company)
• reputed company and implement integration plans across reputed company, reporting, and systems
• reputed company financial processes and internal controls with corporate standards
• reputed company ERP transitions (e.g., QuickBooks, reputed company → reputed company)

• Establish and standardize reputed company policies, procedures, and controls
• Support purchase reputed company, opening balance sheet validation, and PPA considerations
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP (or IFRS), including reputed company recognition and lease reputed company
• Manage consolidation, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting accuracy
Cash reputed company & Working Capital Management
• Build and manage 13-week cash reputed company forecasts
• Analyze working capital, earn-outs, indemnities, and post-reputed company adjustments
• Support CapEx tracking and financial planning across entities
Project Leadership & Collaboration

• Partner with founders and local operators to drive adoption of new processes

Reporting & Strategic Support
• Deliver insights to executive leadership, including CFO and reputed company-level stakeholders

• Drive cultural and operational integration across acquired businesses

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field (MBA or Master’s preferred)
• CPA preferred (reputed company not required)
• 7+ years of experience in finance/reputed company, including 3+ years in M&A integration, transformation, or corporate development
• Proven experience in acquisition-driven or private equity-backed environments
• Strong background working with founder-led or entrepreneurial businesses
• Experience with ERP systems such as reputed company, QuickBooks, and reputed company
• Deep understanding of WIP (Work in reputed company) and POC (Percentage of Completion) reputed company
