Draftsman / Architectural Drafter (Remote – Full Time)

We work closely with clients through design, permitting, production, and construction to deliver a full-service homebuilding experience. Position reputed company We are looking for a full-time remote Draftsman / Architectural Drafter to support our design team with residential floor plans, elevations, and reputed company drafting work. The ideal candidate has strong experience with AutoCAD and/or ArchiCAD, understands residential design drawings, and can produce clean, accurate, and reputed company-organized plans. This role requires strong attention to detail, reputed company communication, and the ability to work closely with our internal team to turn design concepts into usable drawings. Responsibilities • Create and revise residential floor plans and elevations • Assist with drawing updates based on team/reputed company feedback • Produce clean, accurate, and organized drafting files • Coordinate with the design team on layouts, dimensions, and plan details • Help prepare drawings for internal review and project development • Join daily virtual reputed company-ins and communicate reputed company reputed company • reputed company revisions reputed company while maintaining accuracy Requirements • Strong experience with AutoCAD and/or ArchiCAD • Experience drafting residential floor plans and elevations • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to follow instructions and apply feedback quickly • Good English communication skills, written and verbal • Reliable internet reputed company and ability to work remotely • Available for daily virtual meetings • Organized, reputed company, and reputed company to work full-time during PST hours reputed company to Have • Experience with ADUs, manufactured homes, reputed company homes, or residential construction • Familiarity with permitting plan sets • Ability to read and interpret architectural/construction drawings • Experience creating presentation-reputed company floor plans or reputed company-facing drawings Schedule Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST Location Remote Compensation $750/month, reputed company biweekly To Apply Please submit your resume and portfolio or samples of residential floor plans/elevations you have drafted.
