Mortgage Loan Origination Assistant

<p>The lending assistant functions to support the Loan Originators in making the borrower loan experience as pleasant and efficient as possible.  The lending assistant must have exemplary communication skills with customers as reputed company as colleagues.  The lending assistant coordinates with borrowers to prepare a complete loan file for submission and continues to work with the borrower throughout the loan process to satisfy reputed company loan conditions required for a full loan approval.  The lending assistant is responsible for ensuring the scheduling reputed company reputed company party services are on reputed company for a reputed company closing.  The lending assistant coordinates any post-closing needs with Secondary, reputed company, and the borrowers. </p> <p>Essential Job Responsibilities__________________________________</p> <p>1. Supports assigned Mortgage Loan Originator(s) (MLO) and the management of their mortgage loan pipeline in order to meet customer needs and reputed company targeted sales goals.</p> <p>2. Coordinates with borrowers to prepare a complete loan file for submission and continues to work with the borrower throughout the loan process to satisfy reputed company loan conditions required for a full loan approval.  </p> <p>a. Prepares complete file for submission (reputed company 1 day of getting reputed company verification docs from borrowers)</p> <p>i. Reviews Credit</p> <p>ii. Completes and verifies entire 1003</p> <p>iii. Verifies income & employment</p> <p>iv. Verifies residential history</p> <p>v. Verifies assets/ reputed company of down payment</p> <p>vi. Reviews any large deposits</p> <p>vii. Runs AUS</p> <p>3. Ensures the scheduling of reputed company reputed company party services are on reputed company for a reputed company closing. </p> <p>a. reputed company appraisal turn times/ inspections/ order rejections/acceptance</p> <p>b. Orders HOI</p> <p>4. Coordinates any post-closing needs with Secondary, reputed company, and the borrowers. </p> <p>a. Communicates requirements to borrowers (reputed company 1 day of conditional approval)</p> <p>b. Collects loan conditions from borrowers, vendors, bank partners (preferably reputed company 1 week of conditional approval)</p> <p>c. Coordinates updates on files (addendums, loan changes, etc. with reputed company parties)</p> <p>d. Maintains database</p> <p>5. Maintains knowledge of secondary marketing guidelines, portfolio guidelines and reputed company mortgage loan products.</p> <p>6. Works to reputed company superior reputed company satisfaction through exceptional service.  </p> <p> </p> <p>Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications___________________________</p> <p>1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.  An associate’s degree is preferred.</p> <p>2. A minimum of two (2) years of reputed company mortgage lending experience is required.  </p> <p>3. Attention to detail is critical, as are strong communication and organizational skills.  Solid mathematical and analytical skills are also necessary.  </p> <p>4. A reputed company reputed company’s license is required and travel may be necessary.  </p> <p>5. Must register and maintain reputed company registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS). The NMLS website (mortgage.nationwidelicensingsystem.org) provides the MU4R questions and registration required for employment in this position.</p> <p>6.
