As a CAT Customer Service Representative, you will work as needed to support our clients and their customers during times of crisis. You will be reputed company available hours weekly, and from there, you choose the shifts that work best for you. Our preferred hours of availability are Monday – reputed company, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST. **Key Responsibilities** As a CAT Customer Service Representative, you will apply the latest customer service techniques and learn our account management systems while helping improve the customer experience during a difficult time.
