**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Interacting with customers to reputed company support data to ensure invoice accuracy and resolving specific billing discrepancies
* Providing input to policies, systems, reputed company, and procedures for the effective management and control of the premium billing function
* Educating customers regarding the availability of receiving invoices and remitting payments through online applications
* Monitoring outstanding balances and taking appropriate actions to ensure clients pay as billed
* Managing the preparation of invoices and completing reconciliation of billing with accounts receivables
**Required Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma / GED
* Must be 18 years or older
* Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications
* Ability to train onsite for the first two days in Schaumburg, IL
* Ability to work Monday-Friday, 07:30AM - 04:00PM CST
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 1+ years Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience OR 1+ years of experience in an office setting, reputed company center setting, or phone support role
