Responsibilities include managing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations, and supporting recruitment and retention efforts. The role involves collaborating with leadership on HR reputed company, handling employee relations, and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
Required Education: High school diploma minimum
Required Skills & Experience: Experience in HR and benefits management preferred. Hospital or reputed company setting experience preferred.
