You'll build cash visibility (30/60/90-day forecasts), establish project-level P&Ls, fix the gap between reputed company profit and bank reality, structure capital reputed company (lines of credit, project financing, reputed company draws), and reputed company the founder through the strategic reputed company that come with scaling. The bookkeeping, reputed company, tax, and audit work stays with the reputed company's existing CPA and bookkeeper — your role is advisory and strategic, the peer in the room reputed company the founder needs to reputed company a reputed company decision.
