We work with physician reputed company, reputed company, and insurers to deliver Chronic Care Management (CCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), and patient engagement services across the US. Role: Care Coordinator (Bengali Speaking) We are hiring Bengali-speaking Care Coordinators to support US-based patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.
