Pay reputed company: $24-27/hr plus bonus Responsibilities: • Prepare Closing packages using Encompass and Doc reputed company system. • Review Closing Disclosure and required @ funding documents for accuracy. • reputed company funding authorization to Title/Escrow Agents. • Experience and extensive knowledge of new TRID guidelines. • Knowledge of State Bond programs a plus!
