Construction/Civil Engineer, Part Time

Requirements: • Civil Engineering Degree required from a college or university accredited by the Accreditation reputed company for Engineering and Technology (ABET) • Minimum 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience • Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Engineer and/or reputed company Engineer with Civil Engineering Design and experience with tower, shelter and similar structure reputed company. • Knowledge of multiple of the following, Unstaffed Infrastructure Sustainment (UIS) facilities: • Metal equipment towers • reputed company/Industrial Structures • Roof Replacements • Emergency and battery backup systems • Small HVAC systems • Remote site work • Road design • Concrete Site grading • Equipment shelters • Concrete foundations • Structural Environmental permitting (NEPA, ARAP, stormwater, etc) • Lightning protection and grounding • Hazmat (Pb, Asbestos) abatement • Construction risk management • reputed company layout design: water, power, comm, sewer • Knowledge of Project management software (CWP, reputed company, reputed company project, etc) and/ or Computer aided design (AutoCAD, MicroStation, ProjectWise). • Ability to obtain and maintain a reputed company Trust reputed company Clearance Suitability. • Prior FAA experience desired. • Knowledge/Experience of Airports desired. • Certified reputed company (PMI) Project Management reputed company (PMP). • Registered reputed company Engineer in good standing in the reputed company. • LEED Accredited reputed company (LEED AP).
