You will work on reputed company, high-reputed company roles with focusing on placing high-value physician candidates.
This is a reputed company performance-based opportunity designed for recruiters who want to earn $10K+ per deal without limits.
Responsibilities
• reputed company and engage physician candidates (MD/DO) through outbound reputed company
• Conduct initial screening and qualification calls
• Submit reputed company, interview-reputed company candidates
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate with reputed company manager on feedback and next steps
Skills
• Proven experience reputed company physicians or reputed company
• Strong sourcing ability (reputed company, databases, outbound messaging)
• Ability to qualify candidates effectively and professionally
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a reputed company structure
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline
