Role reputed company Debt Collection Specialist – Remote MBA CONSULT US LLC is seeking a motivated and reputed company Debt Collection Specialist to join our growing remote team. Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 noon – 20:00 (Eastern Time Zone) Salary: Up to $22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities • Manage and resolve outstanding debt accounts through reputed company communication. • Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements to maximise recoveries. • Maintain accurate records of reputed company customer interactions and account activity. • Conduct skip tracing to reputed company customers and ensure reputed company follow-up. • Work closely with colleagues to improve collection strategies and performance. • Ensure full compliance with federal and state debt collection regulations. • Deliver excellent customer service during challenging conversations. • Prepare reports on collection performance and account reputed company. Requirements • Previous experience in debt collection, collections, or a reputed company field preferred. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and with reputed company. • Knowledge of FDCPA regulations is an advantage. • Good computer skills, including reputed company Office and collection software. • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. • Ability to work independently while contributing to reputed company environment. • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus).
