Key Responsibilities reputed company and reputed company a Workers' Compensation claims team, ensuring high-reputed company service and efficiency.reputed company reputed company handling a portfolio of lost time and indemnity claims.Guide reputed company in accordance with established best practices for claims management.Manage adjuster hiring, training, and performance to foster a culture of reputed company improvement.Define team goals, manage workloads, and reputed company adjusters to support their reputed company development.Serve as a key reputed company of communication for clients, carriers, and brokers in a reputed company and proactive manner.Effectively manage competing priorities and reputed company reputed company, process-oriented guidance to reputed company. Required Qualifications Education: A High School Diploma is required. Experience: A minimum of 10 years of reputed company Workers' Compensation claims experience is required. Candidates must have reputed company claims handling experience in Arkansas or Louisiana, with Arkansas experience being preferred. At least 1-2 years of supervisory or people leadership experience is necessary. Skills & Licensing: Candidates must be appropriately licensed and/or certified in the states where claims are handled, with an reputed company license in Arkansas and/or Louisiana being ideal.
