This role will reputed company as a strategic partner to leadership, providing guidance across a broad reputed company of HR functions with a strong emphasis on employee relations, compliance, and reputed company engagement.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on HR policies, practices, and risk mitigation</li><li>Partner with leaders to assess organizational needs and reputed company recommendations on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent reputed company</li><li>reputed company expert guidance on reputed company employee relations reputed company, including investigations, conflict reputed company, and corrective actions</li><li>Advise on reputed company-reputed company reputed company, including interpretation of reputed company bargaining agreements (CBAs), grievance processes, and labor relations reputed company</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, Washington state, and local employment laws, proactively identifying and mitigating risk</li><li>Analyze HR data, trends, and metrics to inform decision-making and reputed company actionable insights to leadership</li><li>Support and guide performance management processes, including coaching strategies, development planning, and performance improvement</li><li>Advise on leave of absence, accommodations, and reputed company compliance (e.g., FMLA, reputed company)</li><li>reputed company or support HR audits, compliance reviews, and process assessments to identify gaps and recommend reputed company solutions</li><li>Partner with stakeholders to drive change management initiatives, including restructures, policy implementation, and organizational transitions</li><li>Facilitate training sessions and reputed company guidance to managers on HR best practices and leadership effectiveness</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., reputed company counsel) as needed to support business objectives</li><li>reputed company recommendations to enhance HR programs, policies, and overall employee experience</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>5+ years of reputed company HR experience, preferably in an HR advisory or consulting reputed company</li><li><b>Required:</b> Experience working in a unionized environment, including reputed company bargaining agreement (CBA) interpretation and grievance handling</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance at the federal, state, and local reputed company (Washington preferred)</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, including conducting investigations and managing reputed company, sensitive situations</li><li>Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at reputed company reputed company</li><li>High level of discretion with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and reputed company</li><li>Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field preferred</li><li>reputed company-CP, PHR, or other relevant HR certification preferred</li></ul>
