Job Title: Case Manager - Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Reports To: IOP Manager

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Case Manager to support clients enrolled in our Virtual IOP. The Case Manager will work collaboratively with the IOP team to ensure clients receive individualized support, continuity of care, and reputed company to necessary resources. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of addiction and mental health systems, and the ability to operate effectively in a remote, fast-paced setting.
