With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we're constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the world of logistics and delivery. **The Role** As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where you'll work closely with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers to ensure seamless delivery experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to provide real-time, hands-on support to customers, helping them navigate any issues or concerns they may have with their packages. **Key Responsibilities** * Communicate with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to resolve issues and answer questions * Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding arenaflex values and respecting every customer * Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses * Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the best possible customer outcome * Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer, working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule * Perform tasks such as carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 49 pounds, standing and walking during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud (hearing protection will be provided) **A Day in the Life** As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be at the heart of arenaflex's logistics operations, developing logistical and customer expertise that sets us apart. You'll connect with our customers every day, using your in-depth understanding of our supply chain and local knowledge of delivery connections and warehouses. You'll work closely with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers to ensure seamless delivery experiences, making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer. **About the Team** Our Customer Service team is dedicated to providing the best possible experience for our customers. We support our self-service channels to offer expert insights into our customers' most complex issues. **Requirements** * High School or equivalent diploma * Previous experience in Customer Service * Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency * Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook * Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools * Bachelor Degree or equivalent work-related experience * Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills * Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators * Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in customer service, logistics, and supply chain management.
