**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative – Sales, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through our various channels, including calls, chats, and emails. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and introduce them to our latest products and services. Your primary goal will be to enhance the customer experience, drive satisfaction, and foster loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment
* Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections
* Explain bills and product features clearly
* Troubleshoot basic problems and seek higher support if needed
* Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues
* Support various customer inquiries, including technical issues
* Work a flexible 40-hour per week schedule, which may include nights and weekends
