**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Reviewing and analyzing a high volume of medical evaluations to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Accurately entering data into our existing database, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics for data management
* Communicating effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and information exchange
* Maintaining strict confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care, adhering to arenaflex's confidentiality policies and procedures
* Decoding and understanding medical terminology used in evaluations, utilizing your expertise to ensure accurate data entry
* Performing data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail, meeting or exceeding quality standards
* Utilizing Microsoft tools, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, to manage and analyze data
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, experience in reading and understanding medical terminology and shorthand is highly preferred. If you have a background in education or the university sector, you will find this opportunity particularly appealing.
**Details of the Position**
* Location: Remote (work from home)
* Start Date: Monday, January 6th
* Duration: 6-8 weeks
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time (8 hours per day)
* Available shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
**Requirements**
