As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about making a positive impact in the healthcare industry. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Reviewing and analyzing a high volume of medical evaluations to ensure accuracy and completeness * Accurately entering data into our existing database, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics for data management * Communicating effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and information exchange * Maintaining strict confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care, adhering to arenaflex's confidentiality policies and procedures * Decoding and understanding medical terminology used in evaluations, utilizing your expertise to ensure accurate data entry * Performing data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail, meeting or exceeding quality standards * Utilizing Microsoft tools, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, to manage and analyze data **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, experience in reading and understanding medical terminology and shorthand is highly preferred.
