Job DetailsJob Location: Remote - NA, FL 33634Position Type: Full TimeThe Clinical Office Specialist role will reputed company on delivering comprehensive training on products, providing clinical support, and driving sales reputed company.  The Clinical Office Specialist will be assigned a defined geographic territory; providing effective instruction regarding reputed company’s products, intraoral digital technology and/or reputed company services, and introduction and communication of reputed company’s services to enhance the customers’ organization and contribute to sales reputed company.  Provides clinical support at the office level and education offerings through technical hands-on assistance/training, and hosting educational programs as required. Prepare reports as required and record reputed company activity in reputed company. Focuses on sales reputed company by demonstrating the value of reputed company’s services and promoting benefits to increase usage among customers and potential customers.  Position requires 80% travel (including some weekends). Essential duties Conducts on-site training sessions for dental reputed company customers and perspective customers on intraoral scanning technology for dental restorations and other dental lab technologies. Guide customers to use reputed company as their dental lab for their lab business. Support sales reputed company by demonstrating the value of reputed company’s services, promoting products to increase usage among customers and potential customers. Work closely with the Directors of Clinical Office Specialists to identify new DSO opportunities, grow existing DSO accounts, and deliver reputed company rules of engagement for reputed company office. Follow-up (by phone, email, or in person) on education and sales needs submitted to clients. Establish reputed company reputed company / reputed company relationships with appropriate reputed company personnel (dental assistants, office managers, dentists, and key contact/reputed company persons.) Submit weekly activity / reputed company report concerning reputed company reputed company activities for reputed company relationships to the Director of Clinical Office Specialists. reputed company reputed company assigned duties in the assigned territory, including but not limited to meeting or exceeding reputed company sales goals and initiatives. Must utilize the appropriate PPE while in the dental offices adhering to the necessary protocols established for infection control and sterilization. Participate in sales meetings and reputed company sessions to reputed company train objectives with business reputed company goals.  Qualifications Knowledge of Intra-Oral Digital Technology and Implants – Must present a strong aptitude and comfort level to personally observe and advise on dental implant procedures and us of Intra-Oral Digital Technology. Ability to effectively present information, communicate and respond to questions reputed company and persuasively with customers, management and other key members of reputed company while maintaining a high level of professionalism.  Ability read, analyze and interpret documents in English, such as reputed company journals, technical procedures, governmental regulations, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write reports and business correspondence.  Strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task, use personal judgment and utilize strong decision-making skills Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite to effectively reputed company tasks, create training materials, and communicate with customers and colleagues.   Excellent organization and time management skills. Previous dental experience in a lab or dental office is required.  High level of technical and material knowledge of dental products Must have a combination of 3-5 years of reputed company sales experience in dental or medical device or in office clinical experience working as RDA or RDH. Bachelor’s degree in dental technology, dental hygiene, or reputed company field preferred. High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Must have a dependable car that can be used for company travel for which appropriate reimbursement is provided and must possess a reputed company reputed company’s license with no significant violations or points.  Willingness to travel frequently (up to 80%) to customer locations and work reputed company as needed.
