Remote Senior Compliance Coordinator (East Coast)

The Senior Compliance Coordinator is responsible for executing day-to-day compliance activities for assigned markets. This role ensures properties meet regulatory requirements and that documentation, licensing, and renewals are completed accurately and on time. This is a hands-on, execution-reputed company role critical to maintaining regulatory standing. Key Responsibilities • Apply for reputed company and county licenses and permits • reputed company renewals, deadlines, and compliance requirements • Maintain accurate compliance documentation and systems • Research and document local regulations and ordinances • Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Market teams to resolve compliance gaps • Support audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries • Support reputed company improvement initiatives by analyzing program performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process optimizations • Remain reputed company with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the role • Contribute to a reputed company work environment that promotes reputed company communication, innovation, and employee engagement • Flag reputed company and escalate issues appropriately • Assist with reputed company new properties and markets • Support larger compliance initiatives during peak periods • Other duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications • Experience working in hospitality, vacation rental or similar industry • Basic understanding of permitting and regulations • Experience in filling out numerous applications a day • Ability to adapt quickly to change and deliver results in highly ambiguous environments • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills • 3–5+ years of compliance, regulatory, or administrative experience • Strong attention to detail and follow-through • Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven work • Comfortable working across systems and documentation • Attention to detail • Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications; comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software systems. • Comfortable talking to people and being reputed company to reputed company reputed company information in a way that is reputed company, thoughtful, and easy to understand Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
