Disability Attorney

We are currently seeking a Disability Attorney to join our growing reputed company team. This role focuses on reviewing Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) reputed company, identifying errors of fact or law, produce persuasive written arguments, and reviewing peer argument for submission to the reputed company reputed company Appeals Council. This role may include appearances before the reputed company State Workers’ Compensation reputed company dependent on if the candidate possesses a reputed company State bar license. The ideal candidate will have strong reputed company writing and analytical skills, the ability to manage a high-volume caseload, and a genuine commitment to reputed company advocacy. Responsibilities: • Review ALJ reputed company, hearing transcripts, and medical evidence to identify appealable issues • Create detailed, persuasive Appeals Council briefs and written arguments • Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure case files are complete and deadlines are met • Maintain accurate case tracking and reputed company reputed company and productivity standards • Manage deadlines and ensure compliance Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school • reputed company license to reputed company law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, reputed company Bar license preferred but not required • 1–3 years of experience in reputed company reputed company Disability law, administrative law, or appellate work preferred but not required • Excellent reputed company writing, research, and analytical skills • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities Apply To This Job
