The Sepsis DAII follows the guidelines of the engagement reputed company reputed company (RP) specific documents, such as but not limited to: project parameters/roadmap, reputed company Control policies and procedures, and productivity guidelines, as reputed company as industry reputed company reference manuals. The Sepsis DAII is accountable for their committed hours to ensure the planned objectives are met for reputed company assigned engagement(s). Qualifications: • Minimum of two-years reputed company CMS SEP-1 data abstraction experience, required • Proficient in registry reputed company manuals, industry reputed company registry software systems, and electronic medical record applications, required • reputed company and or Cerner experience preferred Essential Duties/Responsibilities: • Abstracting and registry operations • Completion of timesheet and case log per company reputed company • reputed company reputed company responses to questions and/or concerns • Follows reputed company RP internal corporate policies and procedures as reputed company as reputed company specific policies and procedures • Other duties as assigned The tasks outlined in this job reputed company are not reputed company inclusive but are the reputed company responsibilities of the position. Ability to learn and comprehend basic instructions and orientation to the job, motor coordination skills, coordination of eyes and hands. Ability to understand words and respond effectively. Ability to reputed company basic arithmetic accurately and quickly. Hot and/or Cold temperatures that result in significant body discomfort due to being away from your geographical area.
