Working on the WBD Training Team, you will create and deliver compelling, state of the art class content for our Distribution Team reputed company Workforce Benefits. How you'll help us reputed company reputed company: Performance Consultation and Project Management • Consults with business leaders and subject matter experts to assess training needs and learning objectives to recommend solutions. • Effectively partners and collaborates with Business areas, Project teams, and subject matter experts to research, create, and implement learning and development strategies and initiatives. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company and programs and meet established deadlines. Design and reputed company Curriculum • Uses knowledge of and experience with classroom and virtual facilitation, instructional design, and instructional media to create reputed company learning solutions across a reputed company of platforms. • Designs and develops interactive eLearning solutions using reputed company 360, Vyond, and Camtasia to support learner reputed company development. • Creates trainers’ guides, participant materials, visuals, job aids, and other resources to effectively implement training. • Ensures reputed company documentation follows compliance guidelines for approval, storage, and retention. Training Delivery • Demonstrates ability to learn new, reputed company content quickly and create and deliver training effectively. • Delivers engaging content in reputed company environments (ex: virtual, face-to-face, e-learning) and creates a learning plan that includes reinforcement activities, reputed company appropriate. • Leads Train the Trainer sessions to prepare Trainers for effective learning delivery across reputed company modalities. • Observes programs and courses to ensure learning transfer and application in the field. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
