**The Role**
We're seeking an experienced Wholesale Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our wholesale customers. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues quickly and fully, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answering questions and educating customers about arenaflex products and values
* Managing inbound wholesale requests and organizing in CRM
* Order entry, preparing invoices, and tracking shipments
* Helping resolve customer issues and billing issues as quickly as possible
* Keeping customers satisfied by listening and figuring out what they really want
* Communicating with customers via email, phone, live chat, and text in a respectful, helpful manner at all times
* Staying on top of incoming calls and tickets at the same time (this also means: following up with customers, providing feedback, and seeing problems through to resolution, or escalating unresolved issues if necessary)
* Recommending ways to improve our support process, scripts, and tools
**Our Ideal Candidate**
* The ultimate people person. You'll be the first point of contact for our wholesale customers. So, it's vital that you know how to communicate kindly and effectively.
* Patient and empathetic, with a passion for talking and listening to people.
* Self-driven. If you don't know the answer to something, you ask the retail team or research it. If something isn't working quite right, you take the initiative to troubleshoot it.
* Excellent phone and written communication skills.
* Comfortable communicating with people via email, phone, live chat, and text.
* Experience in dealing with customer emails, phone calls, and other interactions. You know that great customer service depends on both analytical thinking as well as emotional IQ. And you know how to blend both. You know when it's appropriate to be friendly and accommodating and you know when it's appropriate to be stern.
* Works well in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy.
* Proficient with Google Docs and Excel.
* Experience with different CRM systems and best practices is a plus.
