Your key responsibilities will include: * Reviewing available Auth for pending claims to verify due process was followed * Entering data into the pending Auth Client systems * Ensuring legal compliance and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information * Referring suspicious or complicated Auth to investigators for further review * Collaborating with other professionals to determine Auth validity and cause * Maintaining a strong understanding of Claims, Appeals, and Medical Benefits * Demonstrating proficiency in computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy * Exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication skills * Maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality of medical information * Utilizing data entry and transcription skills to process benefits data accurately and efficiently **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * **Technical Skills:** + Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing benefits data + Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and team members + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment * **Domain Skills:** + Experience or knowledge in Benefits Configuration and Benefit Administration-Buyer is a plus + Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve benefits-related issues + Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information * **Certifications:** + MS Excel Certification + Benefits Administration Certification (preferred) **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential skills and competencies: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Proficiency in MS Excel and other computer software * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong time management and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
