Our team is passionate about innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, and we are committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive, diverse, and supportive. **Key responsibilities** As a Member Services Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Completing data access and balancing tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting * Coordinating return items with customers, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing * Working member cases/assignments to resolve complex issues and provide personalized support * Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines, as well as Federal Banking laws * Processing mortgage payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other transactions, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff transactions * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from customers for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic wire transfer requests * Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing wire transfer information * Communicating with vendors to process wire transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming wire transfer laws * Depositing check returns, reviewing member check returns on draft changes, processing member checks, verifying customers for outgoing wire transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing wire transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees **All you'll need for success** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A high school degree or equivalent * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Minimum 1-2 years of customer/member service experience * Previous banking or Credit Union experience * Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a dynamic work environment **What you'll get** As a Member Services Representative at arenaflex, you will enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: * Competitive hourly rate of $22-35/hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits * 401(k) program with company matching * Employee Assistance Program * Discounts on hotels, cars, cruises, and other travel-related expenses * Access to a range of wellness programs and resources * Opportunities to participate in employee business resource groups and community outreach initiatives **Join our team** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving business growth, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
