As a Technical Program Manager, you'll be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure cloud-based solutions. You'll work closely with our engineering, product, and business teams to identify business needs, develop project plans, and drive process improvement through data analysis and insights. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global fleet of External Server farms (3PDC) * Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and deliver end-to-end solutions that include data collection, analysis, and visualization * Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale * Drive process improvement through data analysis, identify, and pursue opportunities to optimize and improve * Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation plans * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliverables * Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business teams * Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior leadership and executive teams **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience * 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical program management * 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects * Experience in financial analysis and reporting, using accounting software and controlling large datasets using SQL **Preferred Qualifications** * 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects that involve multiple stakeholders and teams * Experience in technical program/project management roles * Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive impact and work towards shared goals * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills * Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform * Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical program management skills, with experience leading complex projects and teams * Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills * Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform * Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js * Strong business acumen, with experience driving business growth and revenue through data-driven insights * Experience with project management tools, including Asana, Jira, or Trello **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
