Your primary duties will include: * Handling complex call types, including service support, billing, retention, and repair * Troubleshooting technical issues with ease, using your expertise in arenaflex's products and services * Providing expert assistance with products and services, such as laptop connect services, air cards, USB devices, and initial setup and configuration of arenalflex-provided software and applications * Proactively engaging with T3 support (network and IT) to address and resolve issues * Remaining proficient in all billing, rate plan, and feature matters * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer impacting issues * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest technology, devices, and arenaflex's entire lineup of products, services, and promotions **WFH Requirements** To ensure the success of our remote work program, we require that you: * Have verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection) * Maintain your workspace in alignment with arenaflex's WFH standards (technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.) * Participate in regular workspace audits (remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.) * Be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc. **Preferred Qualifications** While we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, we prefer candidates with: * 6 months to 1 year of customer service/sales work experience * Familiarity with Windows computers * An ability to deliver regular and reliable attendance **What's in it for you?** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Paid training that you'll complete from home, as well as resources to encourage your career growth * A competitive compensation package, starting at $19.85 per hour * An amazing benefits package, including medical/dental coverage, 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off * 50% employee discount on eligible arenaflex wireless plans (up to two accounts per employee) and wireless accessories * Free arenaflex TV or U-verse TV - $10 tech and/or equipment fees may apply * arenaflex wireless home phone and internet (up to 10 lines) * arenaflex phone (formerly U-verse Voice) and Digital Life **Career Growth Opportunities** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
