As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who share your passion for analytics and data-driven insights. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Manager, Analytics at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Supporting our paid media examination capability to surface data-driven key opportunities for the Chief Initiative group, focusing on the advancement of our paid media spend globally * Collaborating with marketing teams to identify ways of working on the efficiencies of our paid media spend and fostering revealing and examinations to casing and drive choices * Developing and communicating custom detailing and examinations to illuminate our paid media technique * Creating and maintaining KPIs and scorecards to track drive progress/execution and drive an emphasis on results and execution * Playing a key role in supporting key direction by making and imparting custom detailing and examinations * Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions * Developing and maintaining complex data models and algorithms to drive business growth * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and inform strategic decisions **About You:** We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual who is passionate about data-driven insights.
