As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Sales Leadership group is well-represented in their communication with their teams and partners. You will achieve this by working closely with management to understand and articulate their business priorities. You will own the end-to-end innovative process, have the ability to see the big picture while maintaining focus on every detail, and be a strong voice/educator for the team. You will lead a group of innovative problem solvers and ensure consistent messaging, design, and approaches across all lines of business in the US. **Key Responsibilities** * Own the end-to-end Keynote design and content development process for Business Plans, Town Halls, Conferences, and C-stage internal and external communications * Establish and lead a Center of Excellence for innovative resources in the US, creating resources to ensure US Sales messaging remains aligned * Manage presentation development, including storyline, speak music, and deliverables * Establish design intake, development, and delivery processes across US Sales for key communication opportunities * Develop cohesive and engaging stories that bring complex business ideas to a wide range of audiences * Roll out a suite of communication delivery mediums, including Keynote, video, and web-tools * Lead a COE for innovative resources in the US, bringing the network together to share general methodologies and provide innovative overviews to ensure messaging remains aligned **Key Deliverables** * External Top to Top/C-stage outside meetings * Internal Town Halls/Conferences * Business Plans/Account Plans with C-stage audience * Lead a COE for innovative resources in the US, bringing the network together to share general methodologies and provide innovative overviews to ensure messaging remains aligned **Essential Qualifications** * 5-8 years of experience in leading communications or similar experience in design or multi-media across various teams, balancing between delivering on short-term projects and driving change * Exceptional Keynote design knowledge with a strong innovative flair * Exceptional writing skills to translate complex concepts into compelling speaking points or Keynote presentations * Self-controlled and independent, with high accountability and self-steering required for success * Out-of-the-box problem solver who owns the innovative process in the corporation * Ability to effectively collaborate with all team members in fast-paced environments with changing direction * Visible as an innovative problem solver and leader in the corporation * Ability to make clear decisions and remain calm while working under tight deadlines * Handles large volumes of work, making thoughtful and well-timed decisions **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in leading a team or department * Strong understanding of arenaflex's products and services * Ability to travel up to 20% of the time * Experience in managing a budget and resources **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Strong writing and design skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong leadership and management skills * Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders * Strong understanding of arenaflex's products and services **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
