**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll be responsible for providing timely, effective support via various channels, including email, phone, video chat, and screen sharing. **Key Responsibilities**
* Act as the first line of customer support for arenaflex clients, resolving software issues and providing solutions via various communication channels
* Utilize our ticketing system to manage and prioritize support requests, ensuring timely responses and resolutions
* Collaborate with clients to screen share and review issues, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting
* Identify recurring software issues and suggest improvements to enhance the overall client experience
* Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's software and services, ensuring a deep understanding of our offerings and capabilities
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in software/SaaS support, with a strong focus on customer-facing roles
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support, with a high level of customer satisfaction
* Strong technical skills, with experience in CRMs, WealthTech, Jira, Confluence, and/or related technologies
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of support
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with cloud services, operating systems, and/or browsers
* Familiarity with arenaflex's software and services, with a strong understanding of our CRM and related technologies
* Certification in customer support or a related field (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA)
